Month on month, we continue to grow our portfolio of clients adopting 3CX Telephone System. This month we have deployed an on-site 3CX telephone system using SIP trunking for a boutique hotel in Tavistock. The customer was suffering from zero support and zero features on their current system, so they came to Grapevine to see what we could do to solve the issues.
We deployed 3CX in an on-site environment, which was connected to a fully monitored and managed ‘converged’ FTTC broadband to ensure call quality up to 32 channels of HD voice.
In addition to this we implemented a new guest WiFi system, offering full site coverage at the same time as delivering capabilities for the client to capture user’s social media details, in order to deliver targeted marketing campaigns in future.
