Data Centres

At Grapevine we can host your 3CX Telephone System in our data centre, so that you don’t have to worry about hardware limitations, updates and all the other implications of hosting services on your own server infrastructure.  And as we host our customer servers in our VMware environment in two UK data centres, if you choose our Enhanced Plus service you have additional peace of mind in terms of failover and resilliancy.

24/7/365 onsite security team, secure perimeter fencing, HD digital CCTV with 90-day retention, Full access control and audit trail. All security staff is SIA (Security Industry Authority) approved and registered.

Enhanced Plus

As an optional extra, we can offer a replicated server in a geographically diverse data centre. This means that the service falls under our enhanced and managed service. In the event of a failure or complete outage on the primary data centre, we can failover the service to a replicated server.
