Once the number porting, SIP Trunks and hosting environments were setup, the installation only took minutes as the phone system runs on any Windows or Linux systems and can be virtualised on Hyper-V, VMware or KVM.

The web-based setup wizard, provisioning IP Phones, Gateways, SIP Trunks and smartphone soft-phones was finalised shortly after.

Once integrated, the impact was immediate.  3CX completely revolutionised the business, equipping staff with the perfect business communications tools to effectively work from home and improving their daily work flexibility. 

As a whole, 3CX has been a great aid in the day-to-day operations of the business.
